A compact-growing beefsteak tomato which performed remarkably in our trials producing large fruit up to 0.4 kg (14 oz) in weight! The pink flesh is delicious and contains few seeds making it perfect for salads or frying. To produce really large well-shaped tomatoes remove surplus flowers or poor-shaped fruits every 10 days to restrict production to 3-4 fruits per truss.
