The 410 acres of vines, established in 1988 by Kanwal Grover, are nestled amongst the foothills of the Nandi Hills at 920 meters above sea level, near Bangalore, in southern India. The wines are made by Karishma Grover, a graduate from UC Davis, California, in co-operation with Michel Rolland, the great and rather ubiquitous, French wine consultant.
